Incredible experience! Great organization, plenty of space on deck, and the perspective of Funchal at midnight is breathtaking. If you are in Madeira for New Year's, you have to do this luxury cruise. Loved it.

If you want a stress‑free way to reach the hillside above Funchal, go for the round‑trip cable‑car. We used it to visit the Monte gardens, wandered around, then hopped back down. The cabins are clean, spacious and you feel like you’re floating above the island.

What a stunning day out exploring the west of Madeira. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, we stopped at the skywalk at Cabo Girão (eye‑opening views), walked a little in Paúl da Serra and then had time to relax in the natural pools of Porto Moniz. The pace felt just right – not rushed.
