The tour was excellent. Our guide Pedro was great, very helpful and knowledgable. The landscapes of the north eastern Madeira were breathtaking and we got the chance to explore very different ecosystems on the tour.

The 24-hour ticket was the perfect way to explore Funchal and Câmara de Lobos without stress. We loved being able to hop off at viewpoints, grab a coffee, then continue the ride when ready. Super flexible and convenient!

Hired a manual wheelchair for a 2 week stay in Madeira in May. This was easy to book online and the paperwork arrived promptly and was easy to follow. The wheelchair was sturdy, easy to use and very comfortable. The service was courteous, very efficient and hassle free. I highly recommend using Madeira Best and I will certainly be using them again when we return to Madeira next year.

The walk was easy enough to be my first one in Madeira. The views were magnificent, and the guide excellent.

The catamaran was modern, spacious, and offered both sun and shaded areas. The crew was very helpful and did everything to ensure everyone could view the cetaceans safely and respectfully. I would repeat it without hesitation!
