Loved this Levada walk. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna surrounding us. Found it really interesting and learnt several new facts! I didn’t realise sorrel leaves could taste so good!

We did the Levada das 25 Fontes hike early in the morning and it was absolutely magical. The dense laurel forest, the trickling waters along the levada channel and then arriving at the pool with dozens of small waterfalls made for a truly memorable walk. My only suggestion: wear good shoes — the path can be slippery in places.

¡Una maravilla! Íbamos sin expectativas, pero vimos 9 cachalotes y dos especies de delfines. Además tuvimos barra libre de bebidas y varios canapés. Música suave y un ambiente buenísimo. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Las guías eran super simpaticas.

Hired a manual wheelchair for a 2 week stay in Madeira in May. This was easy to book online and the paperwork arrived promptly and was easy to follow. The wheelchair was sturdy, easy to use and very comfortable. The service was courteous, very efficient and hassle free. I highly recommend using Madeira Best and I will certainly be using them again when we return to Madeira next year.
