Our tip: start at the first bus around 9:30 am to make the most of the 24 h window, and head straight to Câmara de Lobos before it gets busy. We found fewer people there in the morning and the light was better for photos. The bus back via the coast was relaxing and scenic.

The Yellow Bus 2-in-1 ticket was an excellent way to see Funchal in just one day. The routes covered all the main highlights, from the old town to the coastal viewpoints. The buses were clean, comfortable, and arrived on time.

This tour made our sightseeing so easy and enjoyable! We loved the flexibility—no stress about directions or parking, just hop off where you like and hop back on later. The commentary gave us interesting facts about Funchal and Madeira’s history.

Excellent option if you want to avoid renting a car but still see a lot. The route was well planned, with plenty of stops at interesting places. Plus, we didn’t have to worry about parking — just hop on and go!
