We only had one full day, so the 24‑hour 2‑in‑1 ticket was perfect. The route took us from downtown Funchal through the charming fishing village of Câmara de Lobos, with plenty of stops. We hopped off where we liked, had lunch, then re‑boarded. The bonus audio guide in many languages made it even better.

Easy to use, well-organized, and great views from the top deck. We especially enjoyed the ride along the coast. The audio guide was available in several languages and gave great context to what we were seeing.

El tour Yellow Bus Hop-On Hop-Off fue la mejor manera de explorar Madeira en solo un día! Las rutas cubren todas las atracciones principales, y me encantó poder bajarme donde quisiera y coger el siguiente autobús con facilidad. Fantastic experience! The open-top bus gave us amazing views of the city and coastline. The commentary was informative without being boring, and the route hit all the main attractions. A great way to get your bearings in Madeira.

Our tip: start at the first bus around 9:30 am to make the most of the 24 h window, and head straight to Câmara de Lobos before it gets busy. We found fewer people there in the morning and the light was better for photos. The bus back via the coast was relaxing and scenic.

Such good value for money! With the 24-hour ticket, we managed to see so much more than we expected. The buses were clean, punctual, and offered great views from the top deck.
