It’s your chance to discover unknown worlds, make new friends, and enjoy a unique passion. There’s nothing like it. Diving is much easier than you might think! Be ready to enjoy the new challenge and dive into a new world! It can be arranged in one morning, otherwise the second dive can be planned during the afternoon, or in a different day. First, we will give you a theory lesson about scuba diving, we will then go for a first dive in shallow water in the stunning natural swimming pool of Quinta do Lorde. Once you feel safe and know how to handle the equipment, you’re ready for the real deal! Your diving instructor will take you for a dive in the sea to explore the amazing underwater world of Madeira! The dive will take about 45/50 minutes at a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet).

In case of bad sea condition, dive in the sea might be scheduled in another day.

Some swimming ability is required. You need to have basic swim skills and be able to comfortably maintain yourself in the water. Due to the high risk of Decompression Sickness, diving cannot be done if you have a flight in the following 24h.
