Going West to Rabaçal, a unique and magical place in Calheta, where we start a 3 hours walk (approximately) through an evergreen forest, providing great landscapes and wonderful sensations. On this hike, we will have the opportunity to admire beautiful waterfalls carved in ancient valleys, natural springs with the best water possible and its endemic species of flora (Laurissilva Forest) and fauna. After this great walk, we will have a lunch break (not included) in a typical Madeiran restaurant in Paúl da Serra, the biggest plateau of the island at nearly 1500 mts high with stunning views.
Later on, we go downhill through a wonderful off-road to the South Coast, where you will see beautiful beaches. Continuing by the coast, we go to Cabo Girão, known by its suspended glass floor viewpoint which offers a spectacular panoramic view over the Atlantic, Câmara de Lobos and Funchal. Then, to finish our tour we drive through the oldest roads to Câmara de Lobos, an important fishing village in Madeira with interesting history and traditions.
