The Piquinho Caramanchão Church is located in the municipality of Machico. This church was built in 1967 and has as its patron Saint Joseph. Once existed on the summit of a hill in Piquinho the site, with a chapel dedicated to this saint of the century. XVIII. This chapel remain currently small ruins that have a great archaeological value.
