September sorry forgot to leave feedback. Fabulous scooter ready and waiting for me at the hotel. All around amazing experience and made Madeira so accessible. Back again December 2024 and they are definitely the best scooters on the island. I have travelled from Sao Martino to Funchal every day and toured the lights, shops etc and still masses of battery left at the end of the day. Number one for comfort too. I had a little problem on the first day and had a response to my email in fifteen minutes with a solution to the issue. Mobility scooters can go wrong and the company made sure that the problem was fixed asap causing no disruption to my holiday. I have to say for comfort and reliability and range you can’t get any better. They literally live up to their name Madeira Best.
Delivered on time to hotel. Instructions given and a nice scooter. My husband found it very enjoyable to get around Funchal. If you hire one, make sure it’s fully charged before you venture out - our scooter ran out of charge the first day we used it, but the Company immediately attended and sorted it. After that we recharged overnight at the hotel and it worked fine.
