We rented a motorized wheelchair for my daughter, who has mobility issues, and it worked out great! She was able to get around the cobblestone streets of Funchal, the hotel, and other areas of the island. It was pretty lightweight and easy to fold into taxis and other vehicles. Delivery was efficient, and we were able to leave it at the front desk of our hotel before departing on our early morning flight. We highly recommend the wheelchair and Madeira Saúde​.
