The Vine and Wine Museum is located in Arco de São Jorge, Santana. The museum, which aims to be a lively and interactive space, consists of an old winery, recovered with utensils used in viticulture, mostly donated by the population of the locality, and an experimental field. In addition to wines, wine presses and tools used over the decades for the production of wine, the visitor can see, live, the various cycles of the vineyard, I light still an explanation of the characteristics of different cultivated varieties. In outer space, visitors can enjoy the gardens, shrubs and trees of the laurel and leisure and rest to provide a contact with their own natural wealth of the parish. The space also includes a “Sweets and Traditions’ shop that sells homemade bread, cakes and scones honey and pieces of wicker.
