The Saint Peter Ponta do Pargo Church is located in the village of Ponta do Pargo, Calheta. This church is a Mannerist building Manueline style and was rebuilt in 1690. Inside, it highlights the various altarpieces dated the twentieth century. Its patron is St. Peter and the feast in honor of the saint is celebrated on 29 June. It is a property classified municipal value.
