The Pico das Pedras Forest Park is located in Santana on the way to Teixeira da Achada (Pico Ruivo waking trail). This park is inserted into the Laurissilva Forest, is a nice place to hold picnics or stroll around the nature. Here you can see several species of endemic flora and fauna of Madeira. There is a picnic area, toilets and parking for cars. This park is adapted to receive people with physical and visual disabilities, allowing direct contact with nature.
