Miradouro das Cruzes is located in the parish of São Pedro, Funchal, right next to Quinta das Cruzes. This is one of the oldest viewpoints in the city of Funchal, opened in 1936. This viewpoint is one of the oldest in the municipality and stands out for a vast diversity of flora, with several endemic and exotic plants, with emphasis on the centuries-old trees found there. Furthermore, it has a panoramic view over downtown Funchal.
