The Água D’Alto Waterfall is located in Rocha with the same name in the parish of Faial, municipality of Santana. To get here we follow the road that connects Faial to Lombo Galego, in the Agua D'Alto area we go up the Caminho Municipal Agua D'Alto Ramal nº2 until we find the Vereda da Levada da Agua D'Alto, which connects to this fantastic Waterfall. The walk along the levada lasts about 5 minutes. Upon arrival, we come across steeply sloping waterfalls, coming from the highest points where you can admire extensive and varied views, of unsurpassable beauty. It is worth visiting this waterfall in winter as its flow is more abundant. Along this route we can observe the agricultural land and all the rurality of this location.
