The restored Lugar de Baixo Palace, located in the municipality of Ponta do Sol, is an important example of the architectural heritage of the Madeira Islands. Also known as Zinos Palace, this building charms everyone with its Romanesque style and natural surroundings.
The palace and its chapel are located on the hillside of Lugar de Baixo and were built in the late 19th century. It features four conference rooms and pleasant work areas on three floors with a total usable area of 806.70 m2, with excellent conditions for meetings, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, parties and many other events in an efficient and comfortable setting.
This magnificent building also has a courtyard with a total usable area of 1,103 m2 overlooking the marina and the Lugar de Baixo Lagoon. It can be used as a venue for a variety of social events with catering facilities for 300 people.
